Divyang Pension Scheme

(i) The age of the applicant should be 18 years or more.
(ii) Disability should not be less than 40 percent.
(iii) The monthly income of the applicant or guardian should not exceed Rs. 4000/- from all sources or be a BPL card holder.
(iv) The disability certificate should be issued by the Chief Medical Officer.

(i) Income certificate of Rs. 4000/- per month from all sources issued online or photocopy of BPL card.
(ii) Copy of family register issued by VPDO(Village Panchayat Development Officer) for applicants from rural areas or photocopy of ration card for applicants from urban areas.
(iii) Valid certificate of more than 40 percent disability issued by Government Medical Officer.
(iv) Copy of the proposal selected in the open meeting of Gram Panchayat/Councillor.
(v) Certified photo of the applicant (from Pradhan/VPDO/Councillor).
(vi) Photocopy of CBS bank account passbook.
(vii) Photocopy of Aadhar card.
