Eligibility for Parityakta Pension Scheme

(i) Such abandoned/destitute woman or mentally deranged wife/husband whose age is more than 18 years and less than 60 years or the period of husband being missing/abandoned is more than 1 year.
(ii) Monthly income should not be more than Rs. 4000/- or the applicant should be a BPL card holder.

Documents required for online application

(i) Self-declaration form that 1 year has passed since the marriage of the applicant (husband is missing/abandoned by the husband), which should be certified by the concerned village head/ward member. (Only for abandoned married woman)
(ii) Certificate of being mentally deranged and incapable of earning money provided by the medical officer of the government hospital. (Only for mentally deranged husband/wife)
(iii) Self-declaration form by destitute unmarried woman (aged between 40 to 60 years), which has been certified by the concerned village head/ward member. (Only for destitute unmarried woman)
(iv) Income certificate of Rs. 4000/- per month issued online from all sources or photocopy of BPL card.
(v) Certified photo of the applicant (from Pradhan/Panchayat Minister/Sabhashad/Councilor).
(vi) Educational certificate or copy of family register for age verification.
(vii) Photocopy of CBS bank account passbook.
(viii) Photocopy of Aadhar card.
